Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Atlas Lifts. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy as described below.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Returns: To request a return, please email with your order number and the reason for your return. Once we receive your request, we will send you a return label via email. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-5 days of receiving the returned item.

NOTE: You will be responsible for covering shipping costs when returning or exchanging your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items and we will not be responsible for any items not received. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you varies based on your location, as described by our shipping policy.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email with your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect item. We will send you a return label and replace the item at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Sale items
  • Items marked as final sale
